1. Our Store

PennyOrchard is an online deals store offering a rotating selection of everyday essentials, gadgets, accessories, and gifts at discounted prices. Product availability changes frequently — deals may sell out or be removed at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
  • "Compare at" prices reflect the typical market price for comparable items and are provided for reference only.
  • We work hard to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and end promotions at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Payment is collected in full at checkout through our secure payment providers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we suspect to be fraudulent. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is a flat $5, and orders of $39 or more ship free (within the United States).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Because we source many of our deals directly from our supplier network, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may occur.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 90-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@pennyorchard.com and we'll make it right.
  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, email us with your order number and (where applicable) a photo — we will replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

7. Order Issues

Wrong item? Missing package? Question about a deal? Email support@pennyorchard.com with your order number and we'll typically get back to you within 24 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the PennyOrchard name, logo, text, and design — is the property of PennyOrchard and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PennyOrchard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
